At MadDady Pharmacy Software, we care about your satisfaction. If at any point you decide that our pharmacy software is not the right fit for your business, you can request a refund for any unused subscription period as explained below.
• You can contact us for a refund anytime during your subscription if you are not
satisfied.
• If you purchased a yearly plan, the refund will apply to the remaining unused
months.
• The current active month is non-refundable. For example, if your second
month has started, refunds will be calculated for the remaining 10 months.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the payment has been processed.
To request a refund:
• Email us at [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp.
• Provide your registered account details and proof of payment.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
• The current active month of your subscription is always non-refundable.
• Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds once payment has been made.
• Abuse of our refund policy through repeated or fraudulent requests.
Since MadDady is a digital software service, no physical returns apply. Refunds are processed only against active subscriptions.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
